Leading global marketing agency opens new offices in the PAC region
MIAMI, FL – (THE INSIDERS) – March 26, 2018 – The Insiders, the leading global influencer network, announces today international expansion into the PAC region. The opening of new offices in Australia, Singapore, and South Korea takes place in a moment when the privately-owned marketing agency experiences tremendous growth. In the last year, The Insider’s shopper influencer marketing activations on behalf of some of the world’s most iconic brands have grown exponentially in a global scale. The Insiders has a wide range of clients within the food and beverage, beauty and cosmetics, consumer electronics, toys and children products, pet, personal care, and cleaning products industries, among others.
Eric Swenson will lead The Insiders efforts in Australia. Swenson’s forte is helping brands succeed in the digital media ecosystem, he built successful commercial strategies at digital publishers Huffington Post Australia and Allure Media. Karan Mathur will head The Insiders’ operations in South East Asia, based out of the Singapore office. Mathur is a strategic marketing veteran in emerging markets. Previously, he held senior executive positions at DDB marketing agency, and FrieslandCampina, a multinational FMCG company. Jenny Lee is The Insider’s front-liner in South Korea. A seasoned marketer, Lee is a skillful sales and business development leader, who spearheaded marketing efforts at companies like L’Oreal, Estee Lauder, and Tetra Pak. Lee will head the Seoul office.
Because The Insiders is a customer-centric agency, its expansion into the Asia-Pacific market results from an increased client demand. “Our growth is guided by the vision to always be where our clients need us to be. While executing activations across the PAC region for international brands who already partnered with The Insiders in Western countries, The Insiders is also conducting an educational initiative about the benefits of micro-influencer marketing activations to local brands. The Insiders is entering the PAC market with two of its most popular solutions Dialogue and SmartReviews. The company is leveraging its existing partnership with Bazaar Voice for syndication of product reviews through its large e-commerce networks in the region. In addition, in a second phase of its PAC expansion, The Insiders has plans to set up shop in other three Asia Pacific countries, Japan, Indonesia, and India.
