In this unprecedented time of global uncertainty and disruption caused by the Coronavirus outbreak, The Insiders are unwavering in our commitment to providing unmatched service to our clients and our communities. While we experience a major shift in social and shopping habits worldwide, we feel it is more important than ever to provide connections through the world of WoM. Our teams are dedicated to the efforts of improving our client’s digital health as commerce makes a drastic shift from brick and mortar, to online sales.

I wanted to take this time to reach out to you and keep you informed on the steps we as Insiders are taking to ensure efficient operations while providing support to those in need.

Ensuring the safety and well-being of our team is of the utmost importance to us. Our teams across the globe are fully set up for success remotely, as we have all moved from our respected offices to work together, from home. We are staying connected via video conferencing, quick pulse calls, and communication/collaboration platforms, sharing tips and tricks for creating a harmonious at home work environment.

Not only are we connecting with each other, but we are also accelerating our efforts to build connections between our brands and our Insider communities. In the United States, we hosted a “Virtual Snacky Hour” with members from our Samsung Microwave campaign, in which Insiders connected virtually, face to face, with Insider team members to discuss the campaign, the product, and how they’re coping during the quarantine.

In Belgium, we are excited to announce a campaign partnership with our valued client JDE, to identify 500 Health Care Heroes, and provide them each with a L’OR Barista Coffee Machine and L’Or espresso capsules, free of charge or obligation, to help fuel them during these challenging times.

The Insiders team is fully prepared to adapt to the changing status of our global economy.
