THE BRIEF

Our brief was to build trust and engagement through authentic reviews and ratings following the launch of the Bosch Unlimited 10 in Germany, France, and Poland. Consumer feedback plays a vital role in shaping purchase decisions, and well-crafted, positive reviews can boost product visibility and sales across these three key markets. By motivating satisfied users to share their experiences with the advanced MicroClean™ Technology, we sought to generate excitement, enhance rankings, and unlock opportunities for strategic promotions, ultimately driving the Bosch Unlimited 10’s success across the competitive European market.

THE APPROACH

We introduced the Bosch Unlimited 10 campaign across Germany, France, and Poland, and it quickly gained significant attention from cleaning enthusiasts eager to experience the new product. By carefully selecting the most relevant participants for the campaign, we ensured that the content and feedback generated were both genuine and impactful. This strategic approach sparked substantial excitement around the Bosch Unlimited 10, emphasizing its advanced features and effectiveness in home cleaning. The engagement with the product far surpassed our expectations, offering valuable insights that contributed directly to the success of the campaign.

 

THE STRATEGY

We crafted an engaging and informative experience for our Insiders, ensuring they had all the tools to fully test and review the Bosch Unlimited 10 vacuum cleaner. We provided them with in-depth product details, offering clear guidance on its unique features and capabilities to enhance their testing experience. Additionally, we shared comprehensive newsletters that highlighted the product’s USPs, further enriching their understanding and excitement about the product. As a result, our Insiders were highly satisfied, engaged, and eager to share their feedback, generating a wealth of authentic and impactful reviews that reinforced the product’s strengths and resonated with the community.

HIGHLIGHTS

The campaign yielded 72 highly detailed reviews, with an impressive average rating of 4.9 stars. These reviews were distributed across 5 platforms (a mix of eRetailers and the DTC site), and reviewers reported a 100% satisfaction rate. Additionally, 93% of the reviews included visuals such as photos or videos, offering valuable content that helped increase engagement and conversion rates across all key platforms.
