Hisense aimed to support the launch of its official EURO Cup product line by driving the creation of high-quality reviews and user-generated content across five major online platforms. The goal was to spotlight the products’ unique selling points, build consumer trust, and encourage conversions.

THE BRIEF

For the launch of its official EURO Cup products, Hisense wanted to provide a top-tier viewing experience, tying the brand to a prestigious sporting event. Our task was to encourage the creation of authentic, comprehensive reviews that would highlight the key features of the products and drive sales on both eRetailer sites and Hisense’s direct-to-consumer (DTC) platform.

THE APPROACH

The campaign was designed to reach the right audience for Hisense’s EURO Cup product range. After carefully selecting suitable participants, they were educated on the products’ advantages and encouraged to share their genuine experiences. Each participant was asked to write in-depth reviews and upload supporting images or videos, giving prospective buyers a well-rounded perspective on the products.

 

THE STRATEGY

We selected a group of reviewers that closely aligned with the brand’s target audience, providing them with a Campaign Guide outlining key product features and tips on how to craft impactful reviews. The reviews were crafted to showcase the product’s strongest attributes, particularly in enhancing the experience of watching major sports events. Participants were also encouraged to include visual elements—like photos or videos—to boost the authenticity and richness of their feedback. All reviews were reviewed to ensure they met the campaign’s overall objectives.

HIGHLIGHTS

The campaign yielded 72 highly detailed reviews, with an impressive average rating of 4.9 stars. These reviews were distributed across 5 platforms (a mix of eRetailers and the DTC site), and reviewers reported a 100% satisfaction rate. Additionally, 93% of the reviews included visuals such as photos or videos, offering valuable content that helped increase engagement and conversion rates across all key platforms.
