Hisense sought to support the launch of its new Mini LED TVs by generating high-quality reviews across three key online retailers. The goal was to drive conversions by highlighting the TVs’ key features, enhancing consumer trust and engagement.

THE BRIEF

Hisense’s objective with the new Mini LED TV series was to deliver a cutting-edge viewing experience with superior picture quality and advanced features. Our task was to generate authentic, detailed reviews that would resonate with potential buyers, thus building credibility and supporting sales momentum right after the product launch.

THE APPROACH

The campaign focused on targeting the right audience for the Hisense Mini LED TVs launch in Spain. After careful selection, participants were educated on the benefits of the TVs and encouraged to share their genuine experiences. Each participant was asked to create detailed reviews, including images, to provide potential buyers with comprehensive insights into the product.

THE STRATEGY

We curated a group of reviewers who reflected the brand’s target market, providing them with a Campaign Guide that outlined key product features and instructions on writing impactful reviews. We ensured that reviews would emphasize the most compelling aspects of the TVs, such as image quality, smart features, and user-friendliness. Participants were also encouraged to upload photos to enrich the authenticity of their feedback. All reviews were monitored to ensure they aligned with the campaign’s objectives.

HIGHLIGHTS

Over the course of the campaign, we successfully exceeded expectations by generating 72 highly detailed reviews that not only highlighted the TV’s superior features but also provided valuable content for consumers making purchasing decisions. With an average rating of 4.7 stars across all platforms, the emphasis on image-rich reviews—where 98% included high-quality photos—and personal experiences contributed to a significant boost in engagement and conversions across key eRetailers. Each review averaged 128 words, ensuring detailed feedback on key features and enhancing the credibility of the testimonials.
