THE BRIEF

Samsung launched its much-awaited 2023 Bespoke refrigerators in April. This stunning Bespoke refrigerator comes with all the smart features and style you need to craft the ultimate kitchen. Samsung is committed to quality and driven by innovation. To build early sales momentum for this launch online in USA, Samsung chose Insiders E-Commerce UGC solution. Partnering with their key retailer, our brief was to get great reviews quickly before the launch!

THE APPROACH

Our campaign for Samsung Bespoke Refrigerator went live just days after the global product announcement. Our USA Insiders community loves high end home appliances and within hours of the launch we had a massive number of subscriptions to the campaign. We applied several qualification filters to get to the best, most motivated participants who purchased their Samsung Bespoke Refrigerators and started the evaluation process and within 24 hours we were all recruited.

THE STRATEGY

We created a fun, engaging experience for Insiders in the campaign to explore the Samsung Bespoke Refrigerators fully and make it a part of their day to day lives. Insiders did exactly that testing the product fully from it’s Extra-Large Capacity with SpaceMax Technology to it’s Dual Auto Ice Maker with Ice Bites.

We moderated all the content (always do this for brand safety) and stimulated Insiders to share their experience through detailed reviews on the brand’s key e-tailer.

HIGHLIGHTS

Over the 10-week campaign, we over-delivered on Review content by more than 106% and got a high average Rating of 4.5 stars/5.

The impressive part of the Product Reviews was its average length at 205 words. These are longer than usual organic reviews. It’s evidence of the involvement and feedback Insiders were willing to give for the Refrigerators. Insiders shared usage pictures and videos in Reviews too. We managed the campaign using our proprietary campaign management tools and had a close coordination with the client.
